Under the terms of the agreement, CVS will have exclusive rights to market Cialis, excluding the sale of Cialis from the United States and its territories and countries, to the highest quality generic tadalafil-containing products (TGA):
Additionally, the CVS and Walgreens customers will be permitted to purchase the generic tadalafil-containing products through CVS Pharmacy for a limited time of 12 months after the date of purchase.
